Drummer | Church Schwartz

Chuck Schwartz received his first drum kit at 13 years of age when his musical idol was Ringo Starr of The Beatles. His fluent ability in multiple styles opened up the doors for many opportunities in the music industry. Whether Chuck is on the stage or in the studio, the challenge of “Playing what’s right for the song” is what continues to develop his style and versatility as a musician.

Over the years, he’s played with many bands and has done extensive studio work for commercial jingles and various musical projects and collaborations. He toured with Gambler who opened for REO Speedwagon, Foreigner, and Styx , just to name a few.

Chuck’s experience in the music industry has been more than just sitting behind a drum kit as he’s taught at many schools and music stores often totaling 70 students or more each week. He currently teaches at Offbeat Music in Lake Zurich, IL and Grove Jr. High in Elk Grove, IL
