John Evans Live!

John Evans’ comedy career began in Tulsa in 1996, where he quickly earned emcee status at the Tulsa Comedy Club. He then moved to Minneapolis turning into a club favorite at the ACME Comedy Club. John has opened for such comedic legends as George Carlin, Dave Chapelle, Mitch Hedberg and Lewis Black.  In 2002, he was chosen to perform at the prestigious Montreal Comedy Festival – soon to follow was an appearance on ‘Live at Gotham’ on Comedy Central. In 2008 John was a semi-finalist on season six of ‘Last Comic Standing’ on NBC. John can be seen headlining comedy clubs across the country, and is a favorite guest on the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom radio show. In April of 2021, John took his love of thrifting and all things vintage to YouTube to create MidMod Money, a weekly webseries. His Dry Bar comedy special was just released in early 2022.
